Founder contribution:  operations management, human resources, talent acquisition and retention, negotiations, facility clearance, benefit administration,  timekeeping, payroll, DD254 retention and maintenance, compliance and performance management.

6+ years of experience in internal subcontractor support for
​G-BOSS (E), CAC2S, and MTAOM  at NSWC-Crane with scope of work including: software development and hardware testing (G-BOSS (E); and engineering, technical, and program management support services (CAC2S & MTAOM).
