Meet The Leadership
Rachelle Channell
Founder & CEO of Tektalos Corporation Rachelle has over a decade of experience in supporting NASA, Navy, Marine Corps, and other cleared government contracts. She possesses a background in Facility Clearances, Operations, and Human Resources Management and holds the SHRM-SCP, GPHR, SPHR, and both Possessing and Non-Possessing FSO credentials. Rachelle learned the intricacies of government contracting while working for Mountain State Information Systems, Inc., where she was a Key Management Personnel, and held the position of Vice President of Operations and Human Resources; FSO & ITPSO. When MSIS underwent a merger in early 2018, Rachelle decided to continue with a service related venture in addition to government contracting through her own organizations and founded Tektalos Corporation in 2019. Rachelle also holds a Master of Public Health from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University in addition to her 27 year background in Operational and Personnel Management, Human Resources, and Compliance. Interests for further contracting agreements include DoD cleared government contracts, medical, health, and renewable energy arenas. Other special areas of contract interest are Intelligence, International, Weaponry, and any contract that supports the warfighter. 
Douglas Thomas
Head of Contracts and Legal Douglas obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2005 from the West Virginia University College of Law and also holds a B.S in Business Administration. He holds Bar Admissions to the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia and to the Federal Court for both the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia. Douglas has over 16 years of experience as a contract and business attorney. In addition to being fluent in RFPs, he also possesses experience as a full lifecycle project manager. |
